Orders & Shipping
What does reserving actually mean?
Reserving fills your bag ahead of our first public batch. You pay nothing today, nothing is ever charged without you, and no card number enters the picture. When ordering opens, your bag will be waiting and you decide then whether to check out.
Will my reserved bag still be here when I come back?
Yes, as long as you come back in the same browser on the same device. Your bag lives only on your device, we never see it, and it does not follow you to your phone or another computer. Clearing your browser data clears the bag too, so screenshot your picks if you want a backup.
How much is shipping?
Once ordering opens, shipping is a flat rate and orders over $35 ship free. Reserving freshies today costs nothing, your bag simply waits for the first batch.
How long until my order ships?
We are a small batch shop getting ready for our first public batch. Reserve the freshies you love now, and once ordering opens we hand-pour your scent fresh and ship within 5 to 10 business days.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States. Everything is made and shipped from our workshop.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the workshop.
Scents
How do I pick a scent?
Every freshie lets you choose from 100+ scents right on its product page. If you are not sure, take our 60-second scent quiz or browse the scent glossary, where each fragrance has a description and notes.
What does the "(Y)" or "yellow scent" mean?
A few fragrance oils carry a natural golden tint that can warm to a soft amber over time. They look gorgeous on darker and warm-colored designs. On cream or white freshies we suggest a clear-pour scent, or add a felt backing. It is just a heads up, not a flaw.
Can I mix scents or request a custom one?
For now each freshie is poured in a single scent so the throw stays strong and true. We are always testing new blends, so keep an eye on the journal and new drops.
Using Your Freshie
How long does a freshie last?
A handmade aroma-bead freshie easily lasts weeks, and often a full season. Heat releases the scent, so it throws strongest on warm, sunny days.
My freshie smells faint at first. Is that normal?
Yes. Give it a day or two to bloom. The beads wake up as they warm in the car and the scent rounds out and gets stronger after the first sunny afternoon.
How do I refresh it when the scent fades?
You do not need a new one. A few drops of our Double-Scent Booster brings it right back to life. It is the cheapest way to keep your ride smelling new all season.
Are freshies safe around kids and pets?
Our freshies are made to hang from the rearview mirror, up and out of reach. As with any scented product, keep them away from little hands and curious pets, and do not eat them.
Candles & Supplies
When are the candles launching?
Our hand-poured candle line is in the workshop now. Join the email list to get early access and launch pricing the moment they are lit. You can preview the full collection on the candles page.
How do I care for a candle once they launch?
Let the first burn go long enough to form a full melt pool edge to edge, trim the wick to about a quarter inch before each burn, and stop when about a half inch of wax is left. See our Candle Care 101 journal post for the full guide.
Will you sell maker supplies?
Yes. EVA aroma beads, fragrance oils, molds, wax and finishing supplies are coming soon. Preview them on the supplies page and get notified at launch.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Because every freshie is made to order in your chosen scent, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 7 days and we will make it right. Our mailbox opens with the first batch, and every order will ship with a direct way to reach us. The contact page has what you can do today.
